Description: The SUMMER STUDY AT PENN STATE program is "The Total Pre-Collegiate Experience" that combines academically challenging classes, with the sports, recreation & spirit of a "Big Ten" campus. Tuition INCLUDES a TRAVEL WEEKEND visiting other colleges.
