Description: Wellspring New York is the only weight loss program exclusively for young women, ages 11-24. At Wellspring New York, you'll make lifelong friends with young women your own age, on the beautiful and comfortable campus of Paul Smith???s College in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State (close to Lake Placid). Wellspring New York utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in individual and group sessions to maximize weight loss and long-term behavioral change.
