Since 1950, the Idyllwild Arts Summer Program has offered intensive workshops in dance, film, music, theatre, visual arts and writing to students of all ages and abilities including families. Our 205-acre campus in the San Jacinto Mountains of Southern California is a convenient 2.5 hour drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. Students enroll in programs according to age. Children's Center, 5-12. Junior Artists Center, 11-13. Youth Arts Center, 13-18.

We also offer a cutting edge game-musician program for the new age of musicians who play Guitar Hero or Rock Band. Theatre Arts Camp Senior at Northern IL University

Campers perform or crew in the all-camp production and choose daily workshops. Camp staff are faculty, alumni, and students from NIU???s great School of Theatre/Dance. This year's theme is Mysteries and Thrillers. Campers receive individual coaching and attend daily improvisation and acting classes. Dance with DJ. Final day camper performances!

Camp Jam's multi-level curriculum schools students in every aspect of playing in a real rock & roll band. From playing techniques to stage presence, Camp Jam's variety of classes will turn the bedroom player into a bona fide rock star.

On-The-Set Acting Camp

Actors will experience what it is like to be on a working set. Each actor will only have 24 hours to prepare a specially written role and block scenes before shooting a short film. Actors will receive one-on-one direction. The camp includes voice, comedy and dance workshops. When the camp is wrapped with a premiere screening and each actor will receive a copy of the film. This powerful camp is designed to create strong actors and compassionate leaders.

Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts

Usdan, the arts day camp declared a ???Best Of??? camp by TimeOutNY/Kids, NY Metro Parents, and LI Press, is open to children 6 to 18. No audition is required. 1,600 students travel to Usdan???s woodland campus on Long Island on air-conditioned buses that depart from neighborhoods throughout the NY area.

Pali Adventures - Dance Academy

For both beginners and experienced dancers, Pali's professional instructors guide campers through the basics of jazz, ballet, hip-hop, tap, free form and contemporary dance. Campers then perform a choreographed routine. One and two week sessions are available from June through August. Located 90 minutes from Los Angeles in the majestic San Bernardino mountains.
