School will be out soon enough, and, as you know, it's probably best to send those little tykes away rather than expose them to the evils of daytime television, or even worse, the comforts of goal-free loafing (might as well postpone the inevitable until college). And don't forget to browse through the listings of camp jobs if your kid's getting old enough to, say, apply Band-aids and give swimming lessons for a living.
