We are home to over 300 animals of varying species including foxes, parrots, llamas, porcupines, wallabies, lemurs, lizards, armadillos, rabbits, chinchillas and so many more! All campers have the opportunity to have hands-on interaction with the animals in our Adopt an Animal program where they assist the staff in the feeding and care taking of all our animals. Another popular animal course at camp is Junior Vet. In this week long activity, campers will learn the basics of being a Veterinarian. They will learn to suture (on a banana), give injections (on an orange), and watch a surgery performed at camp by our Veterinarian! Outside of our animal area, campers can engage in any of our 100+ activities including archery, riflery, pottery, ceramics, crime science, our 6-element ropes course, culinary science, digital photography, and more! Campers stay in modern, air-conditioned cabins with 4 private bathrooms , 8 semi-private bedrooms, and a large common area. Each night we have a camp wide evening activity! We all join in a game that allows our campers to have fun together!
