IMG Academy track and field and cross country camps offer in-depth and event-specific instruction. IMG Academy's expert coaching staff has developed athletes who have competed at all levels, including Olympic medalists. Track & field and cross country campers will learn event-specific techniques to improve their movement, balance, mindfulness, confidence, and agility, as well as the proper biomechanics and techniques related to a camper's event(s) of choice.
