NBC Basketball will be in Denver, Colorado at Regis University. This day camp is lead by Regis Women's Basketball Head Coach Molly Marrin and is perfect for basketball players who want to improve. NBC Complete Skills Day Camp is designed for young athletes that love the game and have a willingness to learn. At camp, the morning session is focused on drills, while the afternoon transitions to games and scrimmaging. NBC Camps provides the perfect environment to help athletes grow as players and people.

BASKETBALL DAY CAMP INFORMATION

Daily Times for Day Camp: 9am to 3pm (first day check-in is 8:30am)
What to bring: Signed Medical Release Forms (online), athletic shoes, basketball, water bottle, sack lunch

CAMP DESCRIPTION

Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp: These camps focus on the crucial keys for young athletes to become excellent at the game of basketball. These camps are specifically designed for the younger athlete. The intensity, curriculum and schedule is much more conducive for a younger athlete and we highly recommend this camp as a starting point for the younger player before coming to an overnight camp. We break our teaching into four focus areas: Individual offense, defense, shooting and team skills. Campers are separated into teaching groups and teams based on their age and ability.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER

Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well broken-in basketball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own basketball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Unlike other camp programs where skills training falls under the expertise of the camp director, NBC Camps has built a program of training to help each camper walk out of camp a better player and person. Our site directors work as event managers helping to run a great week of camp and facilitating the implementation of our specific camp expectations.

Our basketball instruction is based on skill curriculum and talent development we believe are essential to take your game to the next level. Though coaching styles and drills may change, our master teachers receive resources, lesson plans, and detailed training on how to maximize the camp experience. Coaching at camp is much different than coaching a team. With 50 years of successful history, our goal is to give you the best basketball and life skills instruction possible.
