BASKETBALL DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Daily Times for Day Camp: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (The Director will provide exact drop-off and pick-up times - first-day check-in is 8:30 am)
Campers will need to bring their lunch each day along with a water bottle.
CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp focuses on the crucial keys for young athletes to become excellent at the game of basketball. We break our teaching into four focus areas: Individual offense, defense, shooting, and team skills. Campers are separated into teaching groups and teams based on their age and ability. Complete Skills Camps emphasize basketball development, enthusiasm, leadership, and teamwork.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & OTHER
Ratio: approximately a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, skill, and experience.
Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own athletic equipment and have at least one pair of well-broken-in basketball (court) shoes. Campers do need to bring their own basketball (clearly labeled with their name). Visit our Camp Packing List for a full list of what to bring. NBC Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions/Medical Concerns: please include this on your registration so campus staff and camp staff can be prepared for your camper's arrival.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Show Less See More Camp DetailsBullying Policy- Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among students that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Three types of bullying include verbal, social, and physical. At NBC Camps, we will not tolerate bullying, and any reported incident will be investigated and taken seriously. Bullying behavior could result in immediate dismissal from camp.
International Travel Teams- NBC invites athletes ages 14-18 on international tours through the NBC Travel Teams program. - 9:00am Welcome and warm up
- 9:20am AM Session: Shooting, Dribbling, Effective Passing, Defense Intensity Drills (drills designed for age appropriate skill levels)
- 12:00pm Lunch - Bring Sack Lunch
- 12:45pm Afternoon Program with NBC Theme and Leadership Training
- 1:30 pm PM Session: Group Drills, Competitive Games, and Scrimmage
- 3:00pm Spotlights and daily review

Great Atmosphere
The positive atmosphere and positive, encouraging motivation from the staff is amazing! Scott Marsh is an exceptional human being. Camp Director Stephen Resset
Stephen has been the head basketball coach at Valley Christian for the past 3 seasons and helped the Eagles to a 2nd place finish in the district this past season. His mission as a coach is to help develop men of character and facilitate the growth of the next generation of Christ following Leaders. Stephen is originally from Dillon, Montana. The youngest of 5 children. He has the opportunity to play for Hall of Fame coach Terry Thomas and participated on 3 State Championship teams while in high school. Stephen feels he owes a debt to the next generation from the unbelievable mentorship and guidance he received from his coaches in Dillon. Stephen is married to his wife Kaileigh and they have a 10 year old daughter named Harper. Kaileigh attended NBC camps in her youth and is the best 3 point shooter in the family. Stephen has been a coach for NBC for the past 2 Summers. He loves the vision and dedication to helping young people develop personally, spiritually and in their basketball skills.
