at Nike Basketball Camps
The Rio Grande Valley Vipers have joined forces with Nike Sports Camps to host a couple of exciting 2024 summer basketball camps that will provide campers the opportunity to elevate and further develop their basketball skills. Participants will further develop their athletic abilities and enhance their skills in different positions on the basketball court with the help of the Vipers Academy Coaches onsite, who will be conducting these structured camps to advance the participant's ball handling skills, dribbling, passing, ball control and footwork. Participants will also receive a Nike Basketball Camp T-Shirt, weekly prizes & awards, an RGV Vipers game ticket, informational sessions from guest speakers and so much more.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

Complete Skills I: June 25-28
Complete Skills II: August 5-8
CAMP HOURS
Complete Skills I:
Check-in: Tuesday at 8AM
Closing Ceremony: Friday at 3:30PM
Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch or lunch money.
Daily Hours: TUES-FRI 9AM-4PM
Complete Skills II:
Check-in: Monday at 8AM
Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 3:30PM
Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a packed lunch or lunch money.

MEALS
Lunch is not provided. Campers can bring a packed lunch each day or bring lunch money to purchase food from the concession stand. Suggested spending money for lunch is $10-$15 each day.
BASKETBALLS
Nike Versa Tack Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $30. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not required to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
