Adelphi University Women's Lacrosse invites you to the Panther Lacrosse Winter Training Series of clinics that will provide 5 sessions of fast-paced, multi-rep, positional training! Each session will take place indoors at the Coleman Country Day Camp and will focus on stick skills, positional work and small sided games.
The training is specifically designed to give lacrosse players of all positions extra attention and valuable feedback via small group instruction.
Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate to Advanced
Girls: Grades K-3rd & 6th-12th

Camp Director Pat McCabe
Pat McCabe was announced as the fourth head coach of the women's lacrosse program on Sept. 4, 2014, and enters his ninth season at the helm in 2023. Coach McCabe was recently inducted into the PLL inaugural Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class. McCabe is one of 11 players to make the 2022 Class.

Lead Instructor Frankie Caridi
Frankie Caridi enters her seventh season with the Adelphi University women's lacrosse team in 2023, after returning to the program where she began her college career in the summer of 2016.

Instructor Jen Graham
Jen Graham, a four-year starting defender for the Panthers from 2014-17, is in her fifth season as an assistant coach with the Panthers in 2022.

Camp Details
Our goal is to provide players with a pre-season opportunity to train and play on Saturday nights between December and February where your enthusiasm and self-confidence will grow along with your skills. Times for the winter series are 6:00-8:00pm for Grades - 4th (2032), 5th (2031), 6th (2030), 7th (2029), 8th (2028), Grades 9th (2027), 10th (2026), 11th (2025), 12th (2024)

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your cleats, protective goggles & mouthpiece and lacrosse stick(s)
- Facility: Coleman Country Day Camp
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
