Introducing our Sport Performance Program specifically designed for children ages 8-17. This program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of speed and agility, and overall athleticism while developing a love for physical activity and healthy competition.Coaches are experienced in working with these age groups and provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Through this program, children improve their speed and agility and more importantly, a boost to their self-confidence. As children achieve small milestones and witness their progress, they will get a sense of accomplishment and excitement!
