Space Adventure Camps (Weeks 1 – 4 only)
Ages: 11 - 15 years old (at the time of camp session)
Dates: Week 1: June 23 - 28, Week 2: June 3 - July 5, Week 3: July 7 - 12,

 6-day, 5-night residential camp experience combining introductory courses in robotic and aerospace academics with behind-the-scenes tours of aerospace facilities and traditional camp fun.
Featured Academics:
• Design, build, and launch model rockets
• Design, build, and program robots for specific tasks utilizing Lego Spike Prime with Scratch and Python coding languages
• Safely operate drones (sUAS)
• Team building engineering challenges

Advanced Camp - Aerospace (Week 5 only)
Ages: 12 - 16 years old (at the time of camp session)
Date: Week 5: July 21 - 26

Prerequisite - Space Adventure Base Camp Alumni or previous experience with rocketry.

 6-day, 5-night residential camp experience focusing on model rocketry and drone operation. Features CAD and 3D printing, rocket flight simulation, multi-sensor payloads, behind-the-scenes tours of aerospace facilities, and traditional camp fun.

 Featured Academics:
• Build and launch multiple model rockets from scratch
• Design rocket models and simulate rocket performance utilizing simulation software
• Design and fabricate rocket parts with CAD and 3D printers
• Launch, recover, and analyze data using multi-sensor PocketLab payloads
• Safely program and operate drones (sUAS)

Advanced Camp - Coding & Robotics (Week 6 only)
Ages: 12 - 16 years old (at the time of camp session)
Date: Week 6: July 28 - August 2

Prerequisite - Space Adventure Base Camp Alumni or previous experience with coding and robotics.

 6-day, 5-night residential camp experience focusing on advanced programming operations and complex robotics engineering design challenges. Includes behind-the-scenes tours of aerospace facilities and traditional camp fun.

 Featured Academics:
• Introduction to Arduino coding
• Build and code Arduino-based robots
• Safely program and operate drones (sUAS)

All camp sessions pricing includes:
Camper t-shirt, water bottle, and backpack
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks)
Evening entertainment, including Funland Amusements and Iron Pony Aerial Adventure Course
All course equipment and supplies
Housing in contemporary, climate-controlled dorms
Transportation to all program locations, including behind-the-scene tours and recreational sites

All camps include the following activities:
Tour exhibits and interactives at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility Visitor Center
Climb to new heights at the Iron Pony Adventure Park’s aerial obstacle course
Ride go-karts, play miniature golf, and more at Funland Amusements
Movie and Astronomy Nights
