About Co-Educational Gymnastics Camps and Programs

Budding gymnasts with an intense interest in this sport can benefit from attending gymnastic camp. With some camps geared toward boys and others toward girls, gymnastic camps can bring out the inner athlete in your child through intense training, tips and tricks, workshops and competitions. Kids can participate in individualized gymnastics training by certified coaches, to help enhance self esteem and physical talents in many areas, from the bars and trampolines to flips and splits.

Counselor Certifications: All counselors should be certified, such as USAG safety certified. They should adhere to the highest standards and be background checked as well.

Highlights: Not only do kids learn the mechanics of gymnastics during gymnastic camp, but they also get to have fun with other recreational activities, especially within an overnight summer camp environment. Offered programs may involve swimming, hiking, rock wall climbing, games, and arts and crafts.

What to Pack: Parents should pack their kids' gymnastics gear, such as plenty of leotards and warm up suits, comfortable sneakers and spending money. Depending on the time of year, pack sweatshirts and pants for nighttime activities and cool, breathable clothing for the day's training exercises.
