      About Magic Camps and Programs

Summer for your kids can be more than just ordinary when you send them to magic camp. At magic camps, kids will learn plenty of tricks to surprise and astound you. From card tricks to levitation to making objects disappear, magic summer camps have a variety of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. Most camps are day or half-day camps, although there are some that last a week. Week-long camps generally include other activities in addition to magic tricks, such as circus arts, gymnastics and in some cases yoga.

Highlights: At the end of magic camp, all of the kids usually put on a big magic show for their families to show off the tricks that they have learned. Depending on the size of the group and the type of magic, tricks are either presented individually or in teams. Generally kids are encouraged to use as much creativity as possible in the production, including the designing of costumes and set.

Learning Skills: Learning magic can help kids increase their creativity and concentration. This is especially true when learning tricks involving more than one person, where both teamwork and coordination are required. Leadership and confidence are also important skills that can be gained at magic camp.
