Even if campers don't know a button from a bobby pin, they enjoy the whole journey of making an outfit. Campers learn from concept to design to the finished product. Campers use mood boards, sketches, patterns and more to design their own clothing lines and bring their visions to life. Then, Pali's fashionistas strut their stuff and debut their designs on the catwalk at the popular Pali Showcase!

So we think you can dance! Pali dancers of all levels are encouraged to let go and boogie on the dance floor. They learn various techniques, fun exercises and the moves made famous by their favorite performers. Campers flourish in a safe and supportive studio with individualized attention from experienced dance instructors.Plenty of room to come out of their shell at their own pace! After mastering the basics, campers perform their own original choreography to cheering crowds at the Pali Showcase!

Campers go undercover and become the next James Bond or Black Widow! Secret Agents are trained to expect the unexpected, and they love these unexpectedly awesome activities. Each day, campers have the time of their life as they work together to complete missions and earn their stripes. At the end of the week, they graduate as new secret agents and receive a custom dog tag.

We are one camp, but while campers are here they explore different interests. We are proud to offer Film, Acting and 29 amazing specialties - from Motorsports to Flying Trapeze - and everything in between. Our campers follow their dreams, try incredible new things and gain lifelong friends in a safe and supportive environment. We have conducted Summer Horsemanship Camps at Pinebrook Farms since 1975. The goal of our co-educational, resident camps is for youngsters to safely learn good horsemanship, while having a great time in a family oriented atmosphere. Activities and programs also teach responsibility, cooperation, courage and self-esteem. The camp is licensed by the Texas Department of Health, and its horsemanship program has been approved, and site accredited by CHA, Certified Horsemanship Association. Every year, since 1998, Pinebrook Farms has received a Certificate of Award for Safety by the North American Horseman's Association.

We can't reveal all our magician's secrets, but we can tell you that your camper will develop their own magician's persona and performance skills as they learn how to present new illusions, boost their confidence and wow friends and family.

About South Africa Cooking Camps
If your children have a passion for cooking or love to help you prepare meals in the kitchen, then perhaps a cooking camp is the perfect summer camp for them. Culinary camp is a great choice for kids who not only have a passion for food but also for those who just want to learn more. Cooking camps will encourage a child's creativity and expression through the use of new skills and tools that will eventually allow them to master great dishes. Children in cooking camps will learn how to make soups, salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts, all in a variety of international cooking styles. Many culinary camps culminate with an Iron Chef type of competition at the end of the program
Learning Skills: Children will learn about exotic ingredients and spices, food safety and preparation, knife skills, recipe building and myriad cooking techniques. Mise en place, julienne, chiffonade and braise are just some of the cooking terms and techniques that campers will learn about.
Counselor Certification: Many cooking camps employ chefs or students from culinary institutes to be the counselors, so that the campers learn firsthand from trained professionals.
Levels of Expertise: Campers of all cooking levels are encouraged to attend. From beginners to advanced cooks, everybody will learn something new.
