Camp Miniwanca - American Youth Foundation Michigan

The American Youth Foundation inspires people to discover and develop their personal best, to seek balance in the Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual living and to make a positive difference in their communities and in the wider world.

Miniwanca has been leading youth development programs since 1925. Set on 360 wooded acres and a mile of private Lake Michigan shoreline, Miniwanca is a breathtaking and inspiring setting for growth. Towering sand dunes and pines line our beach and a second, inland lake provides the perfect setting for swimming, sailing, and canoeing. Summer camp offers one-six week opportunities for campers entering grades 3-12. The National leadership Conference offers high school and college students an experience in developing character, leadership skills, and group effectiveness while nurturing balance within life. Community and School Programs offer intentionally designed programs to support organizations that work with youth.
