Camp Movie Studio

Camp Movie Studio is a multi-million dollar production center where campers come to create, innovate and bring their imaginations to life. It's a state-of-the-art working studio, dedicated to educating, entertaining and exposing young people to the real-world environment and culture of the Motion Picture, Television and related industries. Campers interact with Hollywood professionals that include members of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG/AFTRA), The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), and celebrity guests. In our animation camps kids will start with brainstorming, storyboarding, and then creating their characters and backgrounds. Then they get to film their movies and record voice overs for their characters! We have various animation camps ranging from Lego Animation, to Clay Animation, and many more. Our live action filmmaking camps start with brainstorming and storyboarding as well before we do location scouting and figure out props and costumes. Camptown Theater Workshop

The Camptown Theater Workshop is a sleep-away performing arts summer camp for boys and girls ages 8-16. We offer a 2-week immersive theater program geared towards beginning and intermediate young performers.

Campers have a full day of structured theatre-intensive programs, including daily seminar-style classes in many aspects of theatre craft, a Shakespeare scene workshop in which each camper will rehearse and perform in two scenes, and daily rehearsal of three musical theatre scenes.
