U.S. Wrestling Camps were developed by top college coaches to provide superior technical training in a competitive and positive atmosphere. At camp, wrestlers will focus on individual technique, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and live wrestling. Our proven instructional curriculum will give each camper the ability to improve and become more dedicated - on and off the mat.
The Cornell Sports School runs summer programs for boys and girls, ages 7-19. All camps are held at the beautiful Cornell University campus, located at the base of Cayuga Lake in Ithaca, NY. Every summer, we welcome thousands of athletes from across the country and around the world!
Camps are led by Cornell's varsity coaches, their staff and current Cornell athletes. Many camps also feature guest coaches from other universities, as well as professional and Olympic athletes.
