Aerie Experiences

Participants: Our summer camps are designed to offer wilderness and outdoor camp experiences to the nontraditional camper. Summit Camp & Travel

Our summer design includes a complementary format of camp sessions that flow as three weeks, two weeks, three weeks. In addition, the three travel programs seamlessly allow a camper to combine camp and travel for the whole summer. We believe this format allows our campers to match their needs and interests while also enabling their families to plan for special family times at home or on vacation. Our travel tours are designed to dovetail with our campus program and thereby allow for participation in both program areas.

Camp Northwood

Camp Northwood's primary mission is to create a sense of community and belonging for a population of socially isolated and immature learning challenged and high functioning autistic children. Camp Northwood's program of formalized social skill instruction, woven into the fabric of a traditional camp environment, enables campers to develop age appropriate social skills while enjoying the same types of activities experienced by more traditional populations of children at camps across the country.
