HI-STEP Summer Social Skills Program

HI-STEP Summer Social Skills Program / Camp New Jersey -may serve as Special Education Extended School Year (ESY) program ; HI-STEP: Helping Improve Social-skills Through Evidence-based Practices (ages 6-16) is a 6-week Summer Program (not a sleep-over program). We are designed to teach, improve, and generalize social skills and problem-solving skills.

Summit Camp & Travel - Teen Tour

Coed, serves campers with issues of ADHD/ADD, Verbal or Non-Verbal Learning Disabilities, Aspergers Syndrome, &/or mild social concerns. Campers ages 15 - 19 may travel with our teen programs. This year we will be visiting:

Summit Camp & Travel

Our summer design includes a complementary format of camp sessions that flow as three weeks, two weeks, three weeks. In addition, the three travel programs seamlessly allow a camper to combine camp and travel for the whole summer. We believe this format allows our campers to match their needs and interests while also enabling their families to plan for special family times at home or on vacation. Our travel tours are designed to dovetail with our campus program and thereby allow for participation in both program areas.

Camp Nova at University School

Camp Nova (open to public and private school students in kindergarten to grade 11) has something for everyone! Lighthouse Project Summer Camps

The Lighthouse Project specializes in serving clients with Nonverbal Learning Disorders, NVLD, Asperger's (AS), high-functioning Autism(HF), Attention deficits ADHD and ADD. Our camps enhance social and sensory development, including friendship, team work, nonverbal communication, frustration tolerance and other social and sensory processing skills. In addition, the children learn about motor planning and coordination, muscle strengthening, and academic related skills. KidzArt - South Tampa, Florida

All camps are geared for children entering Kindergarten through those entering 5th grade in the Fall of 2014, with the exception of Barnyard Boogie which is grades K-3. Located in the San Bernardino Mountains of California, Camp Conrad-Chinnock offers recreational, social, and educational opportunities for youth and families with diabetes. Campers are taught diabetes self-management skills in a fun, interactive, and safe environment.

A primary focus of Diabetes Camping and Educational Services is providing residential camping experiences for youth with Type 1, insulin-dependent diabetes and their families at Camp Conrad-Chinnock. Camp Tova and CAMP Bari Tov serve children with developmental disabilities. We provide children with an exciting camp experience within a nurturing environment. Campers are transported by air-conditioned buses, to our Rockland County campgrounds. They participate in a variety of camp activities designed to foster emotional and social growth. Our Victory Day Camp is a non competitive 7 week program for children 5 to 13 years of age with learning and/or attention difficulty.

These children often lack self esteem and are in need of a structured and supportive environment.

The program replicates a traditional day camp but is modified to meet the needs of each season's population.
